In order to align our values (Human and Professionalism) and social obligations, the STERNE Company and the members of the Social and Economic Committee have signed a company agreement on professional and wage equality between women. and men and measured the professional equality index for its workforce based on the calculation methodology defined by the government. Each year, the company calculates its professional equality index. Due to the size of the company and the distribution of employees, the 2023 professional equality index for 2022 data is incalculable.
It is based on 4 indicators:

- Difference in individual increase Women/Men > Score of 25/35
- Percentage of employees increased on return from maternity leave > 15/15
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the ten highest salaries > Score of 5/10

The establishment of our CSR report is part of our approach to developing our Corporate Social Responsability policy. The objective is clear : to demonstrate our transparency to our stakeholders and our ecosystem, to share our efforts in terms of practices, and finally, to set ambitious goals for the future in terms of performance, governance, and respect.
In order to formalize our CSR policy, we have decided to participate in obtaining the European CSR label Made in France Positive Workplace (PWP).
It allows all companies, regardless of their level of CSR maturity, to progress and involve their main stakeholders in their Sustainable Development strategies.
In this context, we conducted a CSR audit with our stakeholders, and this is how we obtained the positive work place label at 2 stars.
